Bioworld Glow Cyanoblue Dye, 5 mL
Premixed and ready-to-load gel dyes. Glow Loading Dyes generate intense DNA/RNA bands with little background or band distortion and can be used with any type of agarose or acrylamide gels. Glow CyanoBlue dye contains bromophenol blue and xylene cyanol in a ficoll-based solution with ethidium bromide (6X concentration).
Biotium MemBrite™ Fix 488/515 Cell Surface Staining Kit, 100 Reactions
MemBrite™ Fix Cell Surface Staining Kits are designed for covalently staining the surface of live cells to conveniently visualize cell boundaries in immunofluorescence experiments. MemBrite™ Fix are new covalent cell surface stains that react irreversibly with cell surface proteins for staining that can withstand formaldehyde or alcohol fixation, and detergent permeabilization. Unlike lectins such as WGA, which bind specific targets that may vary between cell types, MemBrite™ Fix dyes react widely with cell surface proteins. MemBrite™ Fix staining is rapid and non-toxic to cells, and because MemBrite™ Fix dyes are highly water soluble, they stain cells much more evenly than traditional lipophilic membrane dyes like DiO, DiI, PKH, Vybrant, or CellMask™. This trial size kit has reagents sufficient for 100 labeling reactions. The kit contains 1 vial of MemBrite™ Fix 488/515 that is sufficient for 20 uL of 1000X dye after DMSO reconstitution.
Biotium Phalloidin, CF640R, 50 U
Phalloidin conjugates are actin filament stains for fixed and permeabilized cells. CF dyes are Biotium's line of next-generation fluorescent dyes with advantages in brightness, photostability, and conjugate specificity compared to other fluorescent dyes. Far-red fluorescent CF640R has excitation/emission at 642/662 nm.
Biotium LysoView™ 540, 1000X in DMSO, Trial Size
LysoView™ 540 is a red fluorescent dye that is highly selective for labeling and tracking of lysosomes in live cells, with no wash step required. With absorption and emission at 540/634 nm, the dye can be detected using a Cy3 filter set.
Biotium MitoView™ 720, 1000X in DMSO
MitoView™ 720 is a near-infrared live cell mitochondrial dye with absorbance/emission at 720/758 nm. While optimally detected using Cy7 settings, the dye is bright enough to be imaged in the Cy5 channel.

Biotium CF568 Hydrazide
Our CF dye hydrazides are bright, extremely water-soluble and nontoxic. These properties make the dyes excellent fixable polar tracers for microinjection into cells. Hydrazides also can be used for labeling aldehyde or ketone groups, however, for this application we recommend using the more reactive CF dye aminooxy forms. CF dyes are Biotium's line of next-generation fluorescent dyes with advantages in brightness, photostability, and conjugate specificity compared to other fluorescent dyes. Red fluorescent CF568 dye has excitation/emission at 562/583 nm.

GloCell™ Fixable Viability Dye Violet 450 is a fluorescent cell viability dye for staining live/dead mammalian cells in applications such as flow cytometry. The dye irreversibly binds intracellular and cell surface amine groups and can be utilized prior to fixation, permeabilization, or cryopreservation. Cells with compromised plasma membranes become permeable to the GloCell™ dye, resulting in a greater fluorescence compared to live cells in a cell viability assay.GloCell™ Fixable Viability Dye Violet 450 is excited by the violet laser at 405 nm and it has a fluorescence emission maximum of 450 nm that can be detected using the 440/40 or 440/50 band pass filter used to detect Pacific Blue™.

AM1-43 is a fixable, activity-dependent fluorescent nerve terminal probe. AM1-43 functions similarly similarly to SynaptoGreen™ C4, but with the additional property of being fixable. Thus, AM1-43 is a useful tool for synapse studies where subsequent fluorescent immunochemistry is desired. AM1-43 and FM1-43 have identical excitation and emission wavelengths.
